A Happy and Thankful Life

I haven’t put much thought into having resolutions this year. However, two days ago I read a posting that hit home for me and maybe will for others. I’m thankful that there are people willing to share their wisdom and experience to help others. Our words can be powerful and supportive.

For those of us that are missing loved ones, whether a spouse, friend, parent, child, aunt, uncle, sibling or co-worker, there is still pain and grief. If you aren’t grieving but know someone who is, I hope this gives you a better perspective on what they may be experiencing. This post is geared to widows but I believe the message is universal. Read the words as it is a good reminder to be gentle with ourselves. This is something I struggle with every day. Maybe this will help you as well.
